Most Solara orders ship within 2–3 business days. Large items like saunas or tanks may require scheduled freight delivery. You’ll receive a tracking email once your item ships.
Once your sauna reaches a local carrier, you’ll be contacted to schedule delivery. Please ensure your space meets access and electrical setup requirements before arrival.
