1. How long does shipping take?

Most Solara orders ship within 2–3 business days. Large items like saunas or tanks may require scheduled freight delivery. You’ll receive a tracking email once your item ships.

2. How is my sauna delivered?

Once your sauna reaches a local carrier, you’ll be contacted to schedule delivery. Please ensure your space meets access and electrical setup requirements before arrival.

3. What should I do before delivery?

This helps ensure smooth, same-day setup with no delays.

4. What happens if my package is damaged?

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

2. Are there items I can’t return?

Yes. Clearance/final sale items, used or modified products, and anything damaged or not in resalable condition cannot be returned.

3. How do I start a return?

Email solarawellnesscompany@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA). Use a traceable shipping method—return shipping is your responsibility.

4. How long do refunds take?

Once your item is received and inspected (within 5–7 business days), refunds typically post within 3–7 days depending on your bank.

5. Can I cancel my order?
