We believe returns should be simple and stress-free. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. If the product isn’t what you expected, you may return it for a refund—no questions asked.

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items must be returned in unused, unmodified, and resalable condition in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way
  • Items that are damaged or no longer in resalable condition

Return Process

  • Contact us at solarawellnesscompany@gmail.com to request a Return
    Authorization (RMA).
  • Ship the item using a traceable method. Return shipping costs are the
    responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 5–7 business days.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: Return shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.

Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation.
  • Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs.

Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds typically post to your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
