30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. If the product isn’t what you expected, you may return it for a refund—no questions asked.
- Refunds will exclude original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
- Items must be returned in unused, unmodified, and resalable condition in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way
- Items that are damaged or no longer in resalable condition
Return Process

Authorization (RMA). - Ship the item using a traceable method. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer. - Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 5–7 business days.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.
Order Cancellations
- If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation.
- Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs.
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds typically post to your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
