Solara Sauna Delivery & Setup Preparation

Once it reaches the final mile carrier, a local delivery agent will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date and time window.

Before Delivery: Final Preparation Checklist

To ensure a smooth installation experience, we recommend reviewing the following:

  • Double-Check Dimensions: Confirm that the largest sauna panel can comfortably pass through all entryways, stairwells, and hallways leading to the installation area.
  • Review Sauna Specifications: If it’s been a while since your order, revisit your model's specs to ensure you're still aligned on space and setup requirements.
  • Electrical Requirements: Ensure a dedicated circuit is installed and ready, matching the sauna’s required voltage and amperage. Consulting a licensed electrician in advance is highly recommended.

Preparing your space in advance ensures a seamless delivery and installation experience—so you can start enjoying the Solara wellness ritual without delay.

Shipping Damage Procedure

While we take every measure to ensure your order arrives safely, shipping damage can occasionally occur. If any part of your shipment appears damaged upon delivery, please follow these three steps immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue:

1. Accept the Shipment

  • Do not refuse delivery. Even if the box appears damaged, please accept the package—in most cases, the product inside is unharmed and only the packaging is affected.
  • If damage to the product is suspected, we will coordinate any necessary replacements.

2. Document the Damage

  • Clearly note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
  • Take photos of the box and any visible damage before unpacking.
  • All damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for reimbursement.

3. Report the Damage to Solara Support

    • Photos of the packaging and product
    • A brief description of the issue
  • A member of our team will assist you promptly and coordinate replacement parts or solutions if needed.

Preparing for Your Solara Delivery (Large Shipments)

Solara products are carefully crafted and often arrive in large, heavy packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Please review the following delivery guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful drop-off:

Delivery Access Requirements

  • Ensure there is a flat, paved surface (like a driveway or sidewalk) leading up to the delivery location—ideally to a garage or ground-level entry point.
  • Freight carriers cannot transport shipments up stairs, steep inclines, or
    over unpaved ground.

What to Expect on Arrival

  • Your Solara shipment may include large, heavy boxes—typically ranging from 100 to 300 lbs each, depending on the product.
  • Items such as cold plunges, large red light panels, and saunas may arrive on pallets for secure handling.
  • Freight carriers will deliver to the curb, driveway, or garage when accessible. Garage drop-off may be possible if the pallet and packaging fit safely through the opening.

Unpacking & Setup Preparation

  • Please arrange for 2 or more capable individuals to help unpack and move the components to their final location, especially for larger units.
  • For saunas and cold plunges, we recommend reviewing electrical and spacing requirements prior to delivery to ensure your space is ready for setup.
  • Be prepared to unpack and inspect all items within 5 business days to report any concealed damage.
